Thank you for your question. I am glad to hear that you would like to be an entrepreneur to run your own business.
To run your business, you may not have a fixed salary paid to you as you are an employee. You have to bear the profit and loss of the business. Also, you have to pay the running costs of the business, e.g. staff wages, rental, pay the suppliers, power costs, etc. You need to possess both the knowledge of the industry of your business, you also need to have business skills as well.
Have you thought about what industry you like to start your business? Below are my suggestions :
1. Think about what industry you would like to start your business, e.g. your interest, something you have strength. etc.
2. Analyze the industry, e.g. the entry criteria, competition status, etc.
3. Take courses relevant to the industry and business courses
4. Work in the industry for a while to understand the business model and establish people network
5. Start the business online first if possible
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
