It's common for people entering dental school to have degrees in either Biology or Chemistry. However, most dental schools have pre-requisites that must be fulfilled. If those are completed, then the actual degree acquired doesn't matter so much. We have had people graduate who had degrees in anything from Music to Forestry. To be prepared for dental school, engage in a wide variety of service activities, do well in a variety of college subjects, and in general, become a well-rounded, well-educated individual.
