What's the most important skill to have to become an entrepreneur?
It's challenging to become an entrepreneur, especially during this time period. I know for me it won't be easy, but I'm very determined to do whatever it takes to become my own boss. Although, there might be people above me still, its something that I think could really go well with being a Pediatrician. Especially when there aren't many hospitals. #hospitality #entrepreneurship #business-management

I think there are several skills that are of equal importance, if I had to pick from my personal experience it would be resilience. The ability to handle rejections, stress, burnouts, and slow progress. How you learn from losses becomes instrumental in building a business from the ground up.

You shouldn't see entrepreneurship as just "becoming your own boss." Entrepreneurship is really about creating positive change.

Entrepreneurs are everywhere, they have drive, believe in what they do, and its not as difficult as you think.
Being your own boss is great, but you MUST have a good idea and fully believe in it and in yourself.
Do you have what it takes???
There is a market for everything, but the most important skill you must have is CONFIDENCE.
Be diligent and know everything there is to know about being a doctor, a pediatrician.
Patients are ailing everywhere, this will never change. But good doctors, ???
There are two parts to being a pediatrician. 1 = The human body (very complex) and 2) human phyche. (Super super complex)
But a entrepreneur, well, you do so much more, handle money, manage employees, pay all the bills, find customers, create advertising, keep records, find and furnish your office, and this is just a small portion.
Wanna be the Boss??
Be better than everyone else, and you get to be.

Positive leadership and setting a good example through your own work ethic is critical in building a successful business. Be prepared for hard work which will be highly rewarding. I have owned several small businesses and guarantee that I worked longer and harder than anyone else. As the owner of a small lodge in the mountains, my employees would go home and may availability to guests continued as I entertained guests on our deck, answered phones for new reservations, provided information on activities, etc. Expect to work long hours, not just to decide when you want to work and when you want to play. It takes sacrifices from friends and family to build a business and to build a strong team of employees who are committed to the venture. Listen to your employees' ideas and incorporate them into your operation. Learn how to motivate others who work for you so they will "buy into" your dream for success.
