When you are providing data in graphs--you want to make sure it tells your story at a few second glance. What is the data? Good or bad and what does it tell? And always have an idea or open forum for discussion. make sure it isn't too busy. Less is more sometimes.

Make sure your graph is simple and clear and uses data sources that you can identify. Then tell the story with your simple graph. There are many programs to build your graph with. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or others-do some searches to find others.
