Richard’s Answer

Go to class. Plan to spend 2-3 hours studying for every hour of lecture. Attend your professor's office hours and any TA review sessions. If there is a test bank, use that as a study tool to understand what your professor wants you to focus on for the test.

Herman’s Answer

Hi Jada,

When I went to college, I was actually extremely unprepared. But rest assured, it might seem like a scary experience at first leaving your home. However, once you meet great peers at college, a lot of the tension eases.

I guess some things to be prepared for are being able to manage time efficiently; create a schedule. Also review your major requirements and class schedules ahead of time so you can prioritize efficiently each term.

A lot of people consider the years of their lives in college as their best years. I certainly do. Have fun!

Best regards,
Herman

You must allot sufficient time to study for each class. Study every day. Go to class. Do not procrastinate. Do not cheat. Go to office hours and get help from the TA's before you really start struggling in a class.
