Hi Aba,
For any job, the job duties will and should come first. But if you're looking for a job that also allows you to have some extra study time while also meeting your job responsibilities then you should check out positions at your college's computer labs, gyms, or other facilities. Campus buildings need staff and often times they hire students. Depending on the specific job you will have some downtime where you will able to squeeze in study time while things are slow or nothing pressing needs to be done.
For example college gyms have a employee at the front desk that will check IDs for admission, be available for assistance, clean equipment, etc. If everything is complete and your boss is ok with it, that's a good time to do some classwork because the front desk still needs a person sitting there at all times, but nothing needs to be done at the moment.
Check local campus boards for job opportunities or ask your RA if you have one for any specific guidance they have.
Best of luck!
