Hey..you may want to consider starting small and testing your love for this type of work....how about farming microgreens...
You don't need alot of space to get started and large power farming tools/investments can be avoided..
Also market for microgreens is good
Is microgreen farming profitable?
Microgreens are one of the most profitable crops you can grow. They can be grown in a small space and can sell for $50 per pound or more, making them an ideal crop for small farms and urban growers.

There is a lot to take into account, the cost to maintain the equipment. To rent, buy new or used. and the labor which is the hardest. You need to turn the soil, bring in minerals so what ever you grow will have nutrients. Have clean water. Might be good to start small and see if you like it, get some land or repurpose your backyard. After you have gone through a whole year and you see it is still something you love. then interview other farmers along the way. Some might be willing to sell but most importantly get their perspective they will provide insights that you can't dine anywhere else. Ask the hard questions so you can have a clear assessment of how you want to move forward.
