Is it common for Anthropology majors to do international travel for their work?

I would love to travel for my career and I think anthropology would fit me well. #travel #anthropology #international-affairs #business

I am not an anthropology major, but I took an anthropology class last semester and the professor shared a bunch of stories about her travel experiences. She was a human evolution anthropology professor. A lot of her traveling was via research projects, internships, or jobs. I’m sure a few were from self interest if she could afford it, but of course I wouldn’t know that.

Yes. More likely than not if you are an anthropologist you will at some point in your career travel abroad. You can make a career out of traveling if you find the right path. Find what sub field in anthropology you are most passionate about and pursue it!
