Jason’s Answer

It is becoming increasingly rare to find employers that are willing to repay student loans on behalf hired employees. That said, it is not unheard of. The best way to find out is to contact the Human Resources Department for the institution you are interested in. They should be able to give you a quick answer yes or no. Another strategy to negotiate it you are made an offer. Often , a specific allocation to debt forgiveness may not be obtainable due to additional administrative burden it puts on the hiring company, but you might be able to negotiate a larger salary which can use any way you wish.
