Study Habits that are helpful
Lately I've been having trouble in concentrating on any subject of school. Like my mind goes elsewhere. Most of all when I have to study for a quiz or a big test what suggesting's do you have?

Hello Carolina,
You're not alone in this challenge. There were many times where all I wanted to do was run out of class excited to play videogames because it was the weekend.
My best advice would be to get ready to chain your habits together. Do whatever you can to immediately after a class to spend 15 minutes studying the material and writing up some notes for you to review. That's it just 15 minutes. If you have a class immediately after then review the two classes for the 30 minutes after the second class.
Time may appear to be against you all the time while you're in college but in all actuality if you make the effort to set aside just 15 minutes after each class during a week you'll end up with plenty of time you've spent studying. It will in the end seem effortless. You can be flexible with those 15 minutes too. If you finish studying the day's material in 10 minutes it's not a big deal, but just plan 15 minutes. If you don't finish studying in that amount of time then add another 10 minutes. At the end of each day you'll find yourself at ease because you've already gotten some studying in.
I didn't develop this method of studying until my third year of school and after I did I was able to work two jobs and still take over 20 credit hours in a semester and still get A's and B's. Just that little bit of extra time after each class is all it really takes. Sometimes you'll need more, sometimes less.
For when the quizzes and tests come up you'll be ahead of the game and won't have to spend the 'whole night' studying like most of your peers. You'll already have studying more than they did by that point.
Hope this helps,
Nick
