You should be able to go the various airline web site and search on Flight Attendant requirements.
Most will probably require the following minimums:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 20 to 21 years old.
Able to pass a 10 yr background check, (this is a Federal Requirement since you will have access to the airport operations area: means that part of the airport used by aircraft for landing, taking off, surface maneuvering, loading and unloading, refueling, parking, or maintenance, where aircraft support vehicles and facilities exist, and which is not for public use or public vehicular traffic)
Able to pas a swim test, as most airlines have some operations overwater.

You absolutely do NOT need a college degree to be a flight attendant though a background in customer service/hospitality is always preferred. Knowing a second language, especially one that the airline flies to, is advantageous. A neat, groomed appearance and ability to keep a cool, professional demeanor is a must.
