Hi Noah,
That is a great question! I believe you have to model what you want people to see. When you look in the mirror how do you see yourself?
if there are things you like about yourself practice leading with those qualities, be intentional about it. If there are things you don't like about yourself work to make positive changes. Ask for constructive feedback from your peers. Remember, when you are out in your daily travels, people are watching and looking at how you interact with others. Be a source of encouragement and seek opportunities to inspire.
As you continue to move through life your character will speak for itself. Staying true to your word also increases your worth and strengthens your persona as a role model.
Wishing you the best!

Great question! I agree with the answer above, well said. To add, I would jot down a few values/characteristics that you value about your mentors, teachers, leaders that you respect. For example, I respect leaders that have an unwavering sense of integrity, positive energy, team player attitude. I try to impart these values on those around me because those are my guiding values and as a result, come naturally to me. :o) Hope that helps!

Hey there! The key to being an outstanding role model lies in embracing the concept of "walking the walk." Focus on being true to yourself, and wholeheartedly embody the ideals and expectations you hope to inspire in others. By consistently emphasizing honesty and integrity in your actions, you'll not only uplift those around you but also experience greater personal growth and fulfillment. Keep shining bright and let your positive influence touch the lives of everyone you encounter!
