How can I become more productive?
School tends to limit my abilities, and even when I try to think outside the box, it all just gets thrown out the window. I feel like I’m running on a treadmill, because I’m not really going anywhere or advancing, I’m just doing everything because I’m supposed to, and not because I want to.

You can join in any extracurricular activities in your school . Be happy by doing your hobbies and talent. They reduce your stress, anxiety and depression. Always relax yourself when you are studying and take rest whenever you have a free time.
I think you can still be glad in your school , just keep your mind and body healthy.
Keep safe there. :)

Hello! I completely understand your feelings. School can indeed be quite a challenge at times. Is there anything you can modify in the near future? For instance, chat with your teachers about your interests and see if there's any connection with your hobbies or activities you enjoy outside of school. Adopting this mindset could help you integrate your skills into your school life. Plus, it may give you the opportunity to pursue more of your passions once you've built a foundation in subjects that may not be as appealing to you.
Outside of school, I want to assure you that your emotions are absolutely valid. It might feel like things will never change and you're stuck in a rut, but don't let that discourage you. Is there someone you can confide in about your feelings, like a guidance counselor, parent, or a trusted adult? They may have some helpful suggestions and solutions to guide you through this challenging time and help you break free from the rut you're experiencing.
