What is the hardest part about nursing school? #needtoknow

I am extremely interested in pursuing a nursing degree but I've heard from so many people about how challenging it truly is. I am concerned but hopeful that I can do it but what actually is the hardest part? The material, workload, studying? I need to know! #nursing #material #challenge #degree #study #studying #studying-tips

Jana’s Answer

It is all of the things you mentioned. You have to learn to be disciplined in managing your time (scheduling time to study) as well as keeping track of classes/clinicals; keeping up with the assigned reading before class; taking good notes in class and using practice tests to prepare you for the "application" style questions. Students that do the above are mostly successful. It is challenging, but very worthwhile. You can be successful if you are willing to make a time commitment to your nursing studies.
