Depending on the business, ask questions! For a crafter, show the ingredients/supplies and ask what they think you are making. Or show a super close-up and have them guess what it is. People love to give their opinions, so ask for them :)

Echoing what everyone said here. I want to also add that it's important to begin by understanding your business clients - their thought process, actions, and the information they seek. If you're part of a larger organization, there might be a marketing or another team that researches your business audience/customers.
Try to gather insights on aspects such as: Who makes up the customer demographic? Where do they typically reside or work? What are their job titles and responsibilities, as well as the challenges they're trying to overcome? What would motivate them to contact you? Which digital platforms do they frequent and what kind of content do they enjoy (e.g., professionals who read thought pieces on LinkedIn, versus younger, tech-savvy individuals who prefer TikTok content)?
By answering these questions, you'll be able to make informed choices regarding which social media platforms to prioritize, the type of content to produce, and the best times to post.
And always remember to track your performance! Observe which posts are successful and which ones aren't, then refine your future content accordingly.

Saniya,
Consistency is the key! Provide regular content, thought leadership and ideas on your page, and you'll see organic growth. You can share recent blogs your firm has written, or blogs that match your product offerings from others. Bring thought provoking ideas to the page. Ask your readers to share their concerns, and offer ideas to help alleviate the pain points. Thought leadership can be anything from how your firm has helped a recent customer, to your new product offerings that fit a niche, but should always start as an idea you would like to share and not a sales pitch.
Also, make sure your employees are engaging with the page and sharing your with their network. Use industry hashtags and @your partner firms and customers as relevant.
To boost your followers beyond organic growth, you'll need to consider paid advertising. This can be costly, but if well-focused you would find growth possibilities.
There is no magic formula, but if you consistently post, share and provide ideas, your follower growth will happen.
Good luck to you!
Cece

I have a couple of thought on some actions you can try:
For each social media app, research to find the best days and times to post certain content.
Many people and firms use key words to search for relevent content. I would review your content and make sure you insert key words in any of your posts (in addition to hashtags) so your page is more likely to be flagged in a search.
As Cece mentioned in her response, consistency is key. You may want a consistent schedule for when you post content (eg. Monday morning blog, Tuesday highlight in product).
Posting 24 hour stories are a great way to get visibility
Do a give away that requires the audience to like or share your post.,
Do a cross promotion with another business via their social media page
Best of luck!
