How to get motivatedto teach others when in a bad mood?

Taking time to stop and help or teach someone something. You not only teach someone something their struggling with or teach them how to do something they want to learn about. It also give you a chance to get what put you in a bad mood off your mind and hopefully improves your mood. It makes me feel good to be able to teach someone something new or to show someone an easier, faster more efficient way of accomplishing a task. People remember the people that take the time to help them. The shoe could be on the other foot and it may be you that need help learning something.

Remember that be a teacher is about others , they are more important than you and keep clear in your mind your mission is goint to help during a bad time. Other good technique is do what you have in front of you, one step at the time.
