In your line of work, it's tough to pinpoint the busiest time of day since it depends on the critical patients you're attending to and when. However, evenings are often the busiest for most people as they try to finish up their daily tasks and call it a day. This can lead to feeling rushed and doing lots of things while running late. To handle the stress, I suggest being mentally prepared for any emergency situations that might require you to work longer hours. Always keep this possibility in mind. If you need to attend to personal matters, plan ahead and let your supervisors know so they can find someone to cover for you if urgent tasks arise. Additionally, incorporating daily meditation or exercise into your routine can help you stay calm and composed in the long run.
