Hello Esmeralda! If you're excited about becoming an auto repair technician, concentrate on these three key areas to boost your success:
1. Technical knowledge: Understanding the various systems and parts of a car, like the engine, transmission, brakes, and suspension, is crucial for fixing vehicles. Learn how these elements work together and how to identify and resolve issues.
2. Experience and training: Pursuing technical training or an automotive mechanics degree can equip you with the essential skills. Gaining hands-on experience in auto repair shops or engaging in learning programs will help you put your knowledge into action.
3. Practical skills and ongoing learning: Besides theoretical knowledge, it's vital to hone practical abilities, such as using tools and assembling and disassembling components. As the automotive field is always advancing, make sure to stay informed about new technologies and systems by attending courses and training sessions.

Esmeralda,
It depends on what type of auto company. Do you want to sell cars or fix them.
You can work of a company like Enterprise and do rentals or leases. You can work for a dealership and do sales. You can also do repairs. A trade school is a great place to start. Go to one ask to talk to a guidance councilor or a teacher there. A career person is another person to talk to. Your high school guidance councilor is another one. There are online personality tests and probably career test you can do for free and see what it says.
I hope this help and good luck in your quest.
