I have a wide variety of experiences providing support to health sciences programs as an educator. To become a surgical technician you will need to attend a program at a two-year community college. If you look at the community college websites in your state you will find all you need to know about entering a program such as this. Also, community colleges usually have career counselors available to answer all of your questions about how to get into such a program. I hope that helps.

Classes You Might Take: The classes you would take in a surgical technology program may include:

Anatomy and Physiology
Medical Terminology
