Remembering that success may be measured in money but also how do you feel, how much you contribute to the world, your environment, society is a way to lean on expectations.
I would say you need to focus on your strengths and what you are enjoying doing and spending time, when you have that identified you will be reaching success and making contributions.

For a successful career without constant media scrutiny, consider the following guidelines:
Maintain professionalism: Publicize your accomplishments, but keep your personal life separate.
Exercise discretion: When interacting with the media, concentrate on topics related to your profession.
Establish firm boundaries: Make it clear that your personal life is not open for public discussion.
Safeguard your privacy: If necessary, seek legal counsel to ensure your private matters remain confidential.
Remain down-to-earth: Maintain a small, reliable group of confidants.
Achieving success doesn't necessitate sacrificing your privacy. It's all about smart management of both aspects.
