Hi There! Thanks for your question. I recommend taking a Myers Briggs test (15 mins). There are free ones on the web like truity.com. It is a personality assessment. The assessment report will tell you about many aspects of your life, but most importantly, what careers suit your personality best! Start from there and narrow the list down.

Great question! Choosing a college major can be daunting but here are some steps and recommendations you can take that may help:
Attend your schools career day: This allows you to speak with professionals from a variety of different work backgrounds that can give you insight into their profession and the major they have acquired.
Self-reflection: Start by reflecting on your interests, passions, and strengths. What subjects or activities do you enjoy the most? What are you naturally good at? Consider your hobbies, extracurricular activities, and any subjects that have captured your curiosity.
Research: Explore different fields of study and the careers they can lead to. Look into the course requirements, curriculum, and job prospects for majors you find interesting.
Take introductory courses: If your college or university allows it, consider taking a few introductory courses in different fields to get a taste of what they entail. This can help you gauge your level of interest and aptitude for a particular subject.
Stay open-minded: It's important to remember that your choice of major does not necessarily determine your career path for life. Many people pursue careers unrelated to their majors. So, be open to exploring different opportunities, and don't feel pressured to have your entire life planned out at this stage :)

First it depends on what you want to do.
I my opinion I would recommend an accounting class or two in order to get an understanding of how money works and to better understand investment if that is something that interests you.
Second, I would take a few IT classes since your life will revolve around them in most fields.
Finally, I would tell you to take a year or two off of school prior to going to college to better understand what you will your career. Real world experience is very valuable.
Good luck.
