Have you started by looking into colleges that have a dance program? I would start there.
You want to attend a school that has a high percentage of students in a dance program. The higher the percentage the higher the chance of it being a good program and school would be recognized for it. They also have Art schools that have dance programs something to consider.

Point park university in Pittsburgh has a great program!! One of the judges at Groove Dance Competition put together their whole program!
