What are the best colleges with medical programs? (Taking into account affordability, uniqueness, everything else)
I plan on becoming a medical scientist (or biomedical). I've taken honors biology and honors chemistry and science is my best subject. I plan on majoring in bio.

Majoring in Medical Technology or Clincal Laboratory Science is most applicable and beneficial than biology. Look into schools that offer either 4yr MT or CLS programs. It will likely be listed in the Allied Health or Health Science department. Every school is different on how the program is structured so you may have to contact or research on your own.
If you absolutely want to major solely in Biology you will probably need additional 2 years to meet the requirements for medical science. (Speaking from experience). I did Biology because that's all I knew and I didn't know any lab professionals to steer me in the right direction. So it took 6 years to do something that should've taken 4yrs.
You could double major but it's not necessary.
Aside from academics... organization, methodical, logical, independent thinking, problem solving are useful skills and qualities.
I hope this helps. Feel free to follow-up with questions.
