Congratulations on choosing Doctor career. It is quite marketable, and you are good to start.
Concerning your questions on finding a black doctor, I can say, today everything is possible.
Some of the challenges towards being a female black doctor experienced were due to :
Systemic and historical barriers: Medicine field has a history of systemic based and biasness, which affected female doctors adversely as access to education, advancement were limited. however, this isn't practical today as gender equality has taken place.
Stereotypes and biasness; there could be biases asdociated by being a black female doctor, and this will affect patients' consousness, supervisors, and colleagues.
Cost constraints: Paying for medical tuition fee isn't easy, and perhaps the female gender have little finances due to nature of job opportunities hence a challenge to pursue the course.
Lack of mentorship; Association with the black female doctors is limited in the US as there are few female doctors of people of color thus, it is hard to get a mentor.

The medical tuition fee and the living cost is suite high in the US. however, that should not limit you, there are scholarship programs to help you get over. I don't care what race or sex you are but being a physician is difficult. It is expensive to be a physician in the US. You can be a pediatrician and work with kids. I recommend every person interested in medicine to work as a scribe. You get paid and you see what it is to work as a physician. If you continue with this field, what you learn will help you in medical school.
Thank you, Rita!
