What are the best art and psychology schools? I’m interested in both and need help deciding on which to pursue.

I can't answer for Psychology, but I can answer for Art. If you're looking for fine art schools, California Institute and School of Art Institute of Chicago are pretty reputable. If you're leaning towards graphic design or digital art, I'd suggest Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. Hope this helps!
