Apply yourself like never before. Wanna know a secret that actually works? In studies, it has been show to be true again and again that the students that sit in the first two rows in class have higher grades than those who sit farther back. Sitting in front forces you to pay attention and to participate - which makes you stand out from the crowd. Applying yourself and being consistent with your studies, will make you rise to the top. Be organized and have a clear space for studying and you'll find yourself blowing through most material with ease. I applied this thinking to my own college journey and ended up making the Deans list in Latin and after two semesters, I was invited by the department to help decipher ancient scrolls! Let me be clear, I was an average student in high school and barely graduated, and I deans listed for an entire year in college by keeping regular study hours and by sitting in the front of the class.
