What advice may you have for a high school senior juggling school and babysitting? How do I maintain focus throughout school, and not let babysitting stress me out?
Looking for personal/professional/relative advice. Currently babysitting six children without aid.

Hey again Bleu!
The work/life balance is always difficult BUT it is doable.
It’s all about how you manage your time (I know such an old person answer but it’s true)
Set specific times to do school work, free time, and baby sitting. Once you have a set schedule, you will have specific times you know you are going to do a task and then the reward is getting time to relax and do what you want!
While you babysit, do things with them that you enjoy as well like drawing, going to a zoo, walking, etc. This way, it won’t feel like work.
As for stress; if babysitting is just making you too anxious and it’s all you can think about; re-consider the hours you are working and see if you can cut it back a bit. You could do less hours or if you need it, less days.
When you have free time, make sure you are doing things for yourself that brings you joy.
Stress can be a lot to handle but it’s how we manage it that makes things easier for us.

Thank you for your question. This is question relating to time management. Firstly, you may need to identify a time management that suitable to you , e.g. your phone calendar, MS Outlook, etc. Also, I believe your school work is the priority.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Put down the time you need to attend school
2. Assign time for your assignment/homework/projects and do revision on the material cover in the class everyday
3. Make sure you have sufficient time for rest
4. You can find how much time you have for your babysitting
5. Better to reserve some time for exercise, leisure and friends & family gathering, etc.
You do not need to fill up the entire schedule. Keep some time to relax. You may also need to assign more time for revision before exam and assessment.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
