Medical doctors go through 4 years of undergrad then 4 years of medical school then 4 years of residency, and some do a fellowship in things like peds and some choose to stop after the 12 years of education depends on personal preference.

Hey Joy!
Both require different types of training.
As a Real-Estate agent, you have to be 18 years of age and have to take a 40 hour course (this also depends on your state). Then you apply to take the real estate license test using your course completion certificate.
For an anesthesiologist, you need to get your bachelors in Science and Biology (4 years) for go to medical school for Anesthesiology (4 years), and do residency (4 years). So 12 years of school total.
It all depends on your passion but I know you can do it!

For the real estate agent, it would take about a year. You will do any classes and prep and then take the test.
