Jaclyn’s Answer

A major in elementary or early childhood education will require a variety of courses - both in general studies (math, history, etc.) and in curriculum and teaching. You will learn various methods of instruction, philosophies of education, etc. You can google BS in Elementary Ed or look up specifically the courses that would be offered at your college of choice - most have a "course catalog" which will describe the requirements in detail for you. Good luck.

Choose a school or two and look up their course catalog for Early Childhood Education. They will list classes and a brief description of what is taught in each.
