Find a group of local Spanish Kids your age to socialize with- Ask your Spanish Teacher at school they will know thier local hangouts on campus and outside of school -There are Online language groups for one on one as well as group chats - try one of those to help - Find a social circle or club with Spanish speakers it can be a fun thing like a "Meetup" group or you can volunteer for a community activity where they need assistance from Spanish speakers for translation - there may be regional local hangouts for Spanish community and activities try those - Group casual settings will be easier and help you get over your public fear of speaking. There are also specific groups to learn public speaking like Toastmasters
