Hello, Maria !
I am not a medical doctor or a health professional but I thought I'd respond so that you'd have something to think about.
I think that when doctors are ready to practice, they do so with a lot of knowledge, confidence and the drive to assist people with their health. Most doctors have said one of the difficult things for them is when the patient refuses care. It's not so much that it is stressful for the doctor but extra energy has to be expelled to talk with the patient. Some doctors find this stressful but other doctors have a way of handling it without stressing out about it. It depends on the person. Another difficult thing that is always difficult is having to tell someone that they have a very bad disease/sickness, so that may be one of the biggest difficulties any doctor has to face.
I would also think that at times billing and reimbursement matters can occasionally cause stress. Also, surgery is physically stressful, I imagine, as well as mentally stressful because it is so precise and sometimes a lengthy procedure.
Other than that, I would imagine a dermatologist experiences the same difficult things others experience when it comes to hospital or office operations. This is just from my observations, though, and I do hope that a dermatologist sees your question and contributes first hand information.
