Kyiana L.’s Answer

$0. 00

Thanks for the offer though. I know that push-ups and sit ups work perfectly for me. As well as fitness videos.

I think other people might pay $20.00.

First off, I wouldn't pay much for a power balance band. But I don't think you're really asking for my personal opinion of that, but rather what other folks might pay. A "power balance band" can be an attractive thing to look at, it might be nice for someone to wear. It might have interesting holographic designs on it. In some instances, things like these and like copper bracelets or bandages or pad with magnets in them actually give people benefit. But this is because of the Placebo Effect. IOW, people believe it will help and it causes them either to imagine that they help or to subtly and unconsciously change their behavior. Because of this, you see these "power balance bands" and copper bracelets and braces of all kind being sold for anywhere from five dollars to a hundred dollars.

My advice is, if you would like to have something like this and can afford it, have fun. If you expect an actual benefit, it likely won't be much more than having a new trinket to look at. That's the reason I wouldn't pay anything for it.
