Every problem has a relevant solution. So don't worry. Instead of worrying, try to find creative options.
If the seller eventually doesn't want to act in the favor of justice, give it a legally permitted solution (if needed.)

If a seller changes their mind that does not work in favor of the buyer, please keep in mind it may be temporary and not be willing to sell at that particular moment.
As a buyer try to identify why the seller chose not to sell at the moment and what can be done as the buyer to solidify the transaction. It's best to make the engagement a relational experience as opposed to simply transactional.

Hi,
Thanks for the question. When a seller changes his mind wrong way, it is best to be transparent and authentic. If the sale is of value to you, you can potentially lose that sale if you are not empathic and authentic. Alway practice honesty, empathy in sales and mistakes. It is appreciated in the long run.

A seller of what exactly? If someone is an artist or works off of commissions they do have the upper hand in what to accept for work and to terminate the contract if certain specifications aren't met or if they feel uncomfortable working with the client.

You will certainly encounter this when selling. Getting a signed contract can be helpful; especially prior to investing resources on your end. I owned my own company and would have people get a free sampling and then back out. When we started charging a nominal fee, our conversion rates went up. When in doubt, having something in writing and getting a deposit may be helpful.
