I can possibly provide some insight as to how to study and retain information.
Reading and retaining information is a lot like physical training. It needs to be done in intervals to improve.
Ernst Van Aaken advocated a concept, where he emphasized that the brain is much like the body. The brain can only concentrate for 20 minutes before it becomes fatigued and starts to lose memory retention. Try reading for one hour and see how much you retain. Most likely you will remember the first one third, and not remember the last two thirds.
So, the best technique is to read and study for 20 minutes, and then take a small break (a pause that refreshes).
By doing this you can hopefully train your mind to retain more of the material that you are reading

Thank you for your question. This is very common question many students have. Firstly, you may need to a time management to help you, e.g. your phone calendar, MS Outlook, etc.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Put down the time you need to attend school
2. Assign some time everyday for your assignment, projects, revision, etc. You better revise the material that covered in the class and also review the material in the next day classes. If you have any question, raise it to the teacher on next day classes
3. Make sure you have enough time to sleep
4. Assign some time for exercise, your leisure, friend and family gathering, etc.
5. You may need to assign more for revision before exam & assessment
You don't need to fill your schedule completely. You can have some 'me' time for relax and reflection
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Firstly, strive to be a good individual. This will naturally lead you to become kind, as kindness is a trait of good people.
Next, fulfill your responsibilities as a student. This includes completing your assignments, actively participating in class, and submitting your homework promptly.
Also, make it a point to engage in class activities. This not only enriches your learning experience but also fosters a sense of community.
Being punctual is another key aspect. Try to arrive at class 15 minutes early. This shows respect for your classmates and teachers' time.

I remind my high schooler almost daily that the effort he puts in “today” will have an impact on the type of life he will have in the future. Consistent actions over time can yield amazing results.
Treat school like it’s your job. Learn and explore while you can.
