Paul’s Answer
For me, it was when I realized what I was doing was something that I loved to do so much, that even if they did not pay me to do it, I would still do it anyway.
I could not wait to get up, in the morning. I was the first in the office, in the morning, and the last to leave in the evening.
This was when I knew that what I was doing was the right path for me.

To decide what you want to be in life depends on a person. I mean someone can decide in childhood years, others are more mature when choosing their career path. In my case, I was a teenager when realized the field that could be right for me.
It's better to focus on how to decide it, how to understand yourself better in making a career choice.
Good luck and all the best.
