This is an interesting question because there are stages before anything is a "big business"
First - start a business
Second - make it successful
Then - expand
Expansion is what would make a business bigger... and bear in mind there are lots of different ways of looking at big...
- purely income i.e. more turnover
- more successful i.e. more profit
- more employees (this does not necessarily lead to more success or more profit)
- wider geographical reach - that could be customers from all over the world or branches all over the world
So it's important to understand what is important to you....a very lean company could have few employees and be based in one place but have customers all over the world and be very profitable
And once you've defined which "big" you're aiming for there are many different ways to get there...
Expansion models include replicating what you do in another place OR franchising to other people OR serving a wider customer base OR selling a wider range of goods or services.
So lots to think about but the key is the start point - get the business going and then have clarity of what you're aiming for... Good luck.

Thank you for your question. I am glad you want to be an entrepreneur and run a big business. Have you thought about what industry you would to start your business? Also, big business is usually starting from a small business.
Below are suggestions :
1. Think about what industry you would like to your business
2. Attend the relevant courses of the industry and management courses
3. Work in the industry some time to understand the business model and establish the people network
4. Do some analysis on the industry, e.g. entry criteria, competition status, any alternative / substitute, etc.
5. Define a 5-10 business development plan and breakdown into 1-2 years milestones. Review the business plan on regularly
6. Start the business online first if possible
Hope this helps! Good Luck!
