I don't think there is anything you can do to guarantee you get into a particular school - especially a competitive one like Oxford.
Have you talked to your school's college advisor? Have you met with any recruiters from Oxford? Those may be your next steps. Either of those people should have advice for you specific to your situation.

Getting into one of the colleges at Oxford is not an easy matter. Even if a potential student lives in the U.K. Much depends upon the schools one attended. In the U.K. attending a public school (by that they mean private) can be important. But more importantly, which particular public school. Grades are normally important. But not always. What particular courses may be important. Family background can play a role.
