Hi! How exciting that you are interested in studying abroad! I have lived and worked abroad and now lead a global program that enables our employees to work internationally. In addition to the other responses, I would try to highlight anything that shows your ability to be flexible, agile and adaptable. One must be resourceful and able to be successful out of one's comfort zone to thrive in another country. I think it would also be important to highlight any types of international organizations or classes you've been part of.

Good luck and I wish you a wonderful experience!

As an international student myself, I'm happy to share with you the structure of my resume. The most crucial part is your contact information, which includes your email, phone number, and social media handles like Instagram. Following this, you should list your educational background, starting with your most recent institution.

Next, you should highlight any awards or recognitions you've received, prioritizing those that relate directly to your field of study. Your work experience should come after, detailing your job roles and responsibilities. This should be arranged chronologically, with the most recent and relevant positions taking precedence.

Finally, list your skills, languages, and any tools or software you're proficient in, particularly those that are pertinent to your chosen field. If you have any equipment that's specific to your specialty, don't hesitate to mention it. I hope my advice proves beneficial to you.

As a former international student, I would like to focus on descriptiveness when we are talking about resume. Please note that I am writing this with the assumption that the reviewer is in foreign country. For example, you worked for A company in A country, and you are making resume for institute in B country. There's fairly high chance that resume reviewer in B country doesn't know much about A company - What industry they are in, What they specialize in, etc. Therefore it is important to be more descriptive in explaining what was the role you were in, what accomplishment you made. At the end of the day, no matter what company(or what school) you attended, what you did, how you accomplish is what people looking for in the resume. As a former international student, I understand it is challenge studying abroad. Wish you the best and Hope you accomplish what you wish!
