Your query is broad, and it would be helpful if you could provide more details about your specific interests or challenges you're facing. What are your career goals? Do you aspire to be a technical expert or lead a large team? Generally, the key to success is to be dependable, accountable, and constantly strive for self-improvement. Regularly seek feedback and be ready to make necessary adjustments. It's important to remember that your career and personal growth are in your hands. Treat them with the seriousness they deserve.

Hello Isaiah,
How you will have your good career is your choice. If you are passionate about something you have a talent on X, Y and/or Z, you should take advantage on your ability. In order to pursue your career, you must have your career plan on your paper (in your head if preferred). You may ask yourself after you finished;
What are your talents?
What are your interests?
How are you passionate about?
What is by far your favourite thing to do?
What are your desire to do X?
What will you see yourself in 5 years later?
What is your expectations in your life?
What are you wish yours, and dreams?
Yet you should not ask a few questions about what if or what Z for now; because it will not motivate you. Answer all questions as I wrote here. If you have volunteered and/or completed your internship, you may move on to either do another internship or part-time job that really suits you. If not, you should start your career by volunteering. Once you have completed, you will gain soft and hard skills, and emotional intelligence skills, which are opportunity to sell yourself to the recruiter in your next application (I mean not sell completely, but introduce yourself what you have done, and what you are passionate about, so upgrade your CV/Resume and your profile).
You should have a good career when you structurize your career like volunteering-internship-(part-time)-(full-time) with or without extracurricular activities.
Good Luck

There is no simple answer to this question. But, the principle is you have to be proactive at work, keep learning to improve your skills, and prepare for the opportunities to come. Don't just simply work on your assignment, you want to be aware of what other colleagues are working on, and what you may need to work on something you think is a good job. Also, find a mentor at work is very useful.
