Defining what you don't understand. Making a list of question on what exactly confuses you. Searching up videos that summarize any key ideas that you do not understand.
Reaching out to your professor(s) to clarify what you do not understand. It is important to communicate to your professor if you do not understand what you are trying to learn. Sending an email or going to office hours.
Rereading the material can help. Summarizing it in your words. Taking breaks when you feel overwhelmed because that will only stress you out.
Making a schedule on the days which you find best to study especially if you work and study.
