How did you decide what college to go to?
I am interested in a few colleges but I don’t know which one I would benefit the most from and what community I would most enjoy.

If you are able to, try to visit the campuses during the week when school is in session and campus is lively instead of the weekend or on school breaks. This will give you a better idea of what the campus is likely on any given day, rather than what it is like on Accepted Students Day or an open house. You will get a better feel of the people, environment, and general community vibe this way, and learn if it feels like home to you.

I would also suggest you talk to as many current students and alumni as possible to get a straight and honest answer about going to school there, especially if you plan to live on campus. You might get a mix of responses which is great because not everyone had the same experiences so you'll get a complete picture instead of all good things you will hear at Open House.

Greetings! At present, I am serving in the Marine Corps on active duty. The college I am attending was my choice because of its flexibility with deadlines and grading, which is crucial due to my unpredictable schedule. My studies are primarily remote and online. Another significant factor that influenced my decision to choose this school was the promptness of the professors in responding.
