I am bias to my alma mater, USC school of cinematic arts. It is a great place to explore the art of film and network with others with the same passions. USC offers many opportunities to work in the industry and you have some of the best professors who want to help you achieve your goals.
There are many other great choices too such as NYU, Chapman, UCLA, AFI... But you should definitely do some research and see what type of school would interest YOU. I know for me that campus life also played a big part in my decision.
I am also a part of the national cinema fraternity, Delta Kappa Alpha, which allowed me to work with many other film lovers and create relationships that will never jade.
I hope this helped a bit! Good luck with everything!

Thinking about this as a junior is high school is great! Now is an amazing time to start thinking about what you need to do. In my experience, any school with a film degree will work great! It is more important to get out outside of your classes and get internships, volunteer on sets, and work on your own films! I went to a school in which my graduating class was only 22 people, but I got a job related to film, volunteered on feature films, and helped my friends make shorts! After a couple of years, I felt that I learned more from hands on experience than I even did in class! Classes are still incredibly important, but your work is what you make of it! Go where you want and what you can afford, and you will make it happen.
