Hi Ruby! If you're currently in high school, you should have access to guidance counselors or advisors. I worked closely with my advisors and listened to their advice and took their guidance. I got to know the advisor and we were able to come up with a plan for me and applying to the best colleges that fit for me. I was nervous about going to college because my grades were not very good and I was worried about my ability to handle college. In addition to getting help from the advisor, I also talked a lot with the principal at my school. He gave me great advice and actually ended up helping me get admitted into the college I ended up graduated from! I had some ups and downs in college but I pushed through and I graduated in 4 and a half years! I hope this helps. Good luck!
