Hi Valeria,
Look into the certified nursing assistant (CNA) role.
Can take anywhere between 1 to 4 months of training (up to 6 months). Great stepping stone for becoming an RN one day if that's what you ultimately want.
Yearly pay is between $30,000 and $45,000 (about $19 per hour). Some states pay in the $50,000 to $56,000 range (Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, South Dakota, Oregon, and Washington). You can also get more pay depending on the nursing specialty/department you work in.

So you want to know how little education you can get by with to make a living in healthcare? The Healthcare Industry is built on providing services and care in many venues, hospitals, clinics, offices., schools, etc. There are many jobs that require very little formal education or training beyond high school but are vital to the system running well. Such as patient transport, food services, janitorial, receptionist, security guards, housekeepers, lab techs, phlebotomists, etc.
So if you only want a job (not a professional career) with little education beyond basic and minimal training then look into something like a medical receptionist or housekeeper as neither requires much additional education. Receptionists tend to make around $18-$20/ hr. and housekeepers around $15-$16/hr.
Both jobs interact with patients and families and are integral parts of the healthcare team. You need to be friendly, caring, detail oriented, health and safety conscious, flexible, able to follow instructions.
