"How do I make my parents happy" --- This is a heavy question. If you are trying to make your parents happy and if you have a good or open relationship with your parents speak with them about how you want to "make them happy" and how carrying this heavy responsibility on your shoulders is impacting you physically and emotionally. If you are unable to speak with your parents, speak with a trusted adult, teacher, and/or guidance counselor. (Some communities have Teen Centers where people can relax and get help).
Stressing while doing homework or studying. A great place to start is to speak with your parents, teachers, or a counselor. Also, you can try to be in the moment - easier said than done, but it gets better with a little practice. Before you sit down to study, try to clear your mind of all negative thoughts -- the what-ifs that are in the future. Take a few deep breaths (5-10) and with each exhale relax the muscles in your shoulders, arms, hands, jaw, etc. (you could state the word "relax" or another word each time you exhale). After you finish deep breathing, set a goal - for example, I am going to read for 10 minutes or I am going to work on this physics problem for 10 minutes (try to maintain a relaxed state of mind) Once the 10 minutes is up, repeat the deep breaths, particularly if you are feeling unnerved and study for another 10 minutes. Eventually, you can increase the time of studying from 10 to 20, 30, 40, or 50 minutes and repeat the cycle. Finally, do not forget to reward yourself with something healthy - taking a walk, watching a half-hour comedy show that you like, or doing something with a friend.
Lastly, just to restate, if you can speak with your parents about what you are feeling, speak with them. If not, speak to a trusted adult -teacher or guidance counselor and try to find support among friends; take healthy breaks away from school work -- take a walk, volunteer.
I hope this helps and I wish you the best

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you feel stress. You need to make sure you have manage your time on revision, rest and exercise. It can help you to relax. Firstly, you need to find a time management tool that suits you, e.g. your phone calendar, google calendar, MS Outlook, etc.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Put down the time you need to attend classes
2. Assign some time to do your homework, projects and revision everyday. Make sure you review the class material every day and ask questions on the next school day if you have any question. Take 5-10 min break every 1.5 - 2 hours
3. Make sure you have sufficient time to sleep. Assign some time to do exercise
4. Have some time for your leisure, friends and family gathering, etc.
5. Before assessment & examination, assign more for revision. Form study group with you classmates.
You do not need to fill up your schedule completely. Leave some 'me' time for relax and reflection.
Hope this helps! Good Luck!

If you have the feeling of I did what I can do and nothing could be done more then you will be okay; First determine the needed task and the main goal from this task and do your best to finish and accomplish it then just talk to yourself and say I did my best and everything will be okay,, then you will be fine.... Please remember that everything will pass and you will get the good things once you are doing your best at everything.
