Absolutely, Tina's viewpoint holds merit. This field can indeed be challenging and may not be everyone's cup of tea. It's crucial to evaluate if you can see yourself happily engaged in this work for a significant portion of your life, say 20-40 years. If it doesn't resonate with you, it might be beneficial to explore other avenues. Remember, there's a perfect fit for everyone out there, and you're sure to find yours.

Shayan Only you know if its worth it:). How much do you enjoy the field? Have you done personality profiling to determine your best strengths and recommended industries to approach? The Myers Briggs personality test is a great test to determine your personality type and gives suggestions on how to apply your best strengths to occupations- try googling '16 personalities free test' , myers briggs to find it online. Also I'd ask doctors- can you get time with your physician to ask questions and get feedback? I'd get more than one opinion because everyone is different. Hope this helps.

Scott’s Answer
Hi Shayan. Being a doctor is incredibly rewarding. Your income would depend on what type of doctor you become. That being said many specialties require long hours of work and can often be very stressful. In addition to the long work hours, it is also important to stay up to date in your field. I would say that if money is your main motivation, then being a doctor would not be the correct choice.
