Hi Kylee,
Requirements to open a daycare center vary by state. A bachelors in early childhood education or elementary education or special education or child development is generally a good idea. And since you want to run a business, I would recommend to add business management.
You find information about the licensing requirements in Arizona here:

You find some links to colleges that have early childhood programs here:

Good luck!

Literally nobody can answer this question for you, other than yourself. Your major should reflect your interests and aptitudes.
That being said, most day care centers do not require a degree, at all, to run. They will require state certification, and if the daycare will be caring for school-aged children, the teachers for those kids will usually need to be credentialed teachers who have their state issued teacher's license. But if you want to be the person running/owning the daycare, you wouldn't need any of that. And, if your state allows you to run a small business out of your home, sometimes all you need is a business license plus whatever license or certification your state requires to run a daycare.
I would ask your local state business office to start, and see if they require the owners of a daycare or have a degree (such as early childhood education), or not. If not, you would be wasting your time and money getting a degree. It just completely depends on what your goals and aptitudes are. Do you plan to work with the kids too? Do you plan to teach? Or do you just want to own and run the business. You have to answer those questions first, before anyone here will be able to advise you on next steps.
