It depends on what you want to do with this career. In animal behavior, you are constantly learning, but can do so through on the job training, attending conferences and other classes, or taking classes and earning certificates. You can also pursue a masters or a doctorate if that appeals to you as well; you may need to decide what you want to focus on in terms of animal behavior first.

You do not need to go beyond bachelors degree to be successful in Animal Behaviour.
If you want to teach get enrolled for a teaching certification.
If you are to work in agriculture, conservation or animal care areas, get professional qualification or certification and practice licence.
If you want to become a consultant go for minimum of masters degree.
If you want to lecture in higher institutions go for research degrees.
