Lauren’s Answer

The TOEFL exam cannot be taken online. You may register online, but you would need to take the exam at a licensed testing center. Sometimes, international students can have exams proctored at an embassy. However, this is a more major exam. It will require a testing center.

Lauren recommends the following next steps:

Visit ets.org to find a testing center near you

Both I guess. It will be administered online, but you have to go to an approved testing center to take it. You can find the closest test center to you here https://v2.ereg.ets.org/ereg/public/workflowmanager/schlWorkflow?_p=TEL. Looks like there is one at CCD and one in Greenwood Village... Also, it is only offered on certain days. That too you can see in the link above. Hope that helps. - Levia

Julia’s Answer

Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is a standardized test to measure the English language proficiency of non-native speakers who want to enter English-speaking universities. It tests reading, listening, speaking and writing skills of the English language (iBT Test).

You need to take the test in person, but you can register online, by phone or by mail. If you want to register online, go to www.ets.org/toefl/ibt/register/ and follow the steps. Hope this answer helps.
