Every college/university has a curriculum outlined for each major. Some psychology courses are prescribed such as Introduction to Psychology, a Research Design course and a Statistics course. Depending on the curriculum, other coursework may also be required such as Biological Psychology and Learning Theory and Child Development.

Beyond those required courses will be a variety of courses from which you will choose to complete the credit requirements for the major (which will also vary by institution).

You will I’ll be assigned an academic advisor; work with that advisor to help you navigate ALL of the requirements to graduate.
